I was looking for black tapered chinos and I called Under Armour- Montgomery Mall confirming they have them and to hold them for me yesterday to pick up today. I go in this afternoon they the sales rep tells me there is nothing held under my name and that they didnt have the size I was looking for. The general attitude was it wasnt their problem. Piss poor customer service.
